Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. We will happily exchange the size or style within 10 business days of your delivery date. All hygienic liners must be attached and in their original place. Any liners that are removed, replaced and or reattached will not be accepted due to health regulations. Any traces of including but not limited to - perfumes, body lotions, tanning lotions/oils or smoke will not be accepted. Items that are soiled, worn, laundered or damaged will also not be accepted to exchange. If such items are returned a $25 charge will be added to your account and the items will be returned to you.

People doing excessive returns will be black listed and will not be allowed to purchase from HaveFaith.com.

Have Faith offers store credits. In the event you wish to make an exchange but would like to hold onto your credit for a later time.

To make an exchange please print out , fill out and send back the form below (exchange form) with your items. Please indicate what items you are sending back to exchange and what items and sizes you would like to exchange it for. If you wish to receive a store credit, please fill in the area that says ‘Store Credit’ and we will keep it on your Have Faith account. If there is a difference in price on the items exchanged we will either charge the difference to your account or keep the remaining amount on your HFS account to use towards a later purchase. A standard shipping fee of $12.99 domestic and $17.99 will be charged to your card for the exchange shipping and handeling.

Return Address

Ship your items to the address below. Make sure that you have a tracking number for you item incase it gets lost. We suggest also having it insured.

Damages

Have Faith Swimwear will guarantee its swimwear to be damage and defect free for the first 60 days. Like any other swimwear, HFS will experience normal wear and tear. If for some reason the item you receive is damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no cost. If damage occurs after 60 days please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note all items damaged or not items will only be accepted back if unwashed and unworn. If at anytime lace, hardware or anything gets damaged we will gladly fix it for you (a small fee will apply).  Contact us if you have any questions.

 

 

Care Instructions

Have Faith Swimwear uses some of the finest fabrics, laces and hardware and they need to be treated as such. While all of our swimwear is suitable to be worn in a pool or the ocean, some styles are not intended to be used for strenuous physical activity and shouldn’t be worn for long periods of time in chlorinated water. After wearing your HFS swimwear in the water be sure to wash them by hand in cool water with mild soap. On bikinis with hardware make sure to rinse the metal really well and if used in the ocean be sure to wash off all salt from in between the chain links and dry it really well. Washing your bikinis in a washing machine on the  'Hand Wash cycle' does NOT count as hand washing!!!  Squeeze excess water out and lay flat  to dry or hang on a line upside down (by the crotch).
